How do I download an asset?
Click on the asset's title, then click Download, located on the left-hand side of the screen.

How do I search for a specific asset?
Use the search field at the top right-hand side of the page.

How do I browse the assets contained within qualitysolutionnavigator.com?
There are two ways to browse assets: (1) click on Categories at the top left-hand side of the page, then select a category to explore, and (2) use the left-hand navigation bar to sort through the resources.

What do I do if I cannot find a specific asset?
First, try sorting the assets by title or other identifiers in the Resources section to make sure that the asset is not there. After verifying that the asset is missing, please speak with the Merck representative who set up this account or call the National Service Center at 877-338-4699, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM ET for assistance.
